CCTV DVR Remote Access Setup for Internet and Mobile Apps
If you are not computer network savvy, then please don't worry as Aban Technology offer a professional
network support service, to get your CCTV DVR viewable over the internet via computer browsers and mobile phone apps!
This will enable you to monitor your cameras live, view previous recording and make system changes from anywhere in the
world via an internet connection! We do this by remotely logging into your PC and configuring the required settings on
both your DVR and router.
This Support Package Includes:
1. Router Network Set-Up and Configuration, using either your own static IP address or one supplied by us (select from drop box at bottom of page).
If you have not specifically requested a Static IP address from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) then you will not have one,
and you must select one from the above drop box in order for this service to be successful.
2. DVR Configuration, settings and optimisation for remote viewing and access using web browsers and mobile phone apps.
3. Smartphone App Configuration, Over the phone advice on how to get your Iphone, Android or Blackberry connected in minutes.
4. Full Remote Access Check List, to ensure all agreed functionality is complete and reliable.

The configuration appointments are to be arranged to be carried out between Tuesday to Friday, 10am - 5pm, excluding weekends.
Once you have set up your CCTV system and connected the DVR to your router we can start the process.
To be able to carry out this service we will require your DVR to be connected through an Ethernet cable to a router and a broadband
connection to be present. We will access your DVR through a PC or Laptop on your network.
(Please ensure to have your routers user name and password ready).
Please Note: This service is only available to our customers,who have our equipment.
This service is only available to UK mainland customers.
This service is for a single set up on one DVR only and doesn't form the basis of an ongoing support contract.
Terms & Conditions: This service must be carried out within 30 days from the date of purchase.
It is the buyers' responsibility to arrange a suitable time for the work to be carried out.
The buyer must also ensure to have all the required details ready, and have a suitable and stable internet
and network connection present. If we are unable to complete the service in our allotted time frame
due to any issues with your network, equipment or internet connection, the service will be deemed as
complete and the fee will be retained. Additional fees maybe applicable for additional service time.
