What to do if you wish to return a product under warranty?
01. Please contact Aban Technology's customer service team who can usually resolve any problems you may have over
the telephone on: 0161 839 2640.
02. If we could not resolve the issue, then please download the correct 'Returns Form' via the below links and
enclose the fully completed form with the returned item.

03. On receipt of your returned item we then book in the returned products, test them, then depending on the test result,
we will either repair, replace or credit or return the products to you under the terms of the warranty.
Important:
All products must be returned to us in its undamaged original packaging, including all accessories, user manuals and CDs etc.
Please ensure that you carefully package the items in a robust box, with sufficient protection to ensure no items are damaged
during transit. Our warranty policy is 12 months ‘return to base’ (excluding monitors, see below).
Regarding Monitors:
Monitors maybe returned to us within the first 28 days,
after which all monitors are covered by the manufactures own 3 year warranty,
